I fail every time.

Can only go about 4 weeks....and then I destroy myself. Did pretty good during May and June...but can't get under 17%

17% is pretty lean.

everywhere else is fine...it's the gut. After 35 it is not the same. You have to give up anything toxic. one weekend of pizza and beer can take you backwards alot more than when I was 20

How?

Basic math.

50% daily calories from lean protien
15% daily calories from carbs
35% daily from fat.

On for 14 days then a refeed day with 70% carbs, 20% fat and 10% protien.

Then its 6 days on and one day off (refeed)

Keep cals at maintinence of bmr....

It's that simple
