Original message Attention Tea Party Caucus



If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined or imprisoned not less than 20 years, or both.

3. Tea Party or Democrats? So, according to the code, if Senator Reid refuses to allow the GOP House Bill to be voted on then they are guilty of a crime?

I thank God for the Tea Party. They are the only Politicians in Congress trying to put an end to the out of control spending.

A little delusional too. I love when they think they have come up with these brilliant readings of the law, and no other DUmmie will even step up and call him a moron. Now elected representatives have to vote the way DUmmies want or they can be arrested.
