Mark Belling (http://belling.com/) and Jay Weber (http://jaywebershow.com/) are reporting that Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Patrick Crooks will retire, probably before the end of the year.
This would set up a chance for Conservatives to gain a 5-2 conservative majority on the states high court, a majority that could hold for decades.
