A Muslim hotel valet in the United States has sued, saying he was barred from working on floors in which a delegation from Israel was staying, according to the Washington Post..... Mohamed Arafi, a U.S. citizen from Morocco, says he was unable to work on two floors of the hotel in December of last year..... All Arabs and Muslims were kept of the floor due to the Israelis' security concerns, Arafi claims..... He is alleging unlawful discrimination.

Was he not allowed to work at all those days and sacrificed pay? Then I'd say he is entitled to pay for the time he wasn't allowed to work due to the Israeli delegation's stay.

If he was deployed to another worksite or part of the hotel, and he still was paid the same rate, then he has no case.

He works for the hotel as a valet .The work is light and the tips are good... He goes where he's told and does what his boss tells him to do..It's as simple as that..He's just looking for a quick buck, now, that no doubt will get his sorry ass fired sometime in the future..They're lots of people looking for work these days and he may be among them after this little stunt..

It would be really funny if the judge says, "Dismissed with prejudice."

But seriously:

The hotel’s general manager said she told some employees not to come in after the State Department had found “irregularities” in routine background checks on them before the Israeli visit.

CAIR is involved in this, and thus it is rightfully suspect of being part of their wearing down process by which they wish to train the American people to accept the enemy in our midst.

Resist.
