"Iím talking about a jobs program of a trillion dollars or more. Weíve got to put Americans to work. Thatís the only way to revitalize this economy. When people work they earn money, they spend that money, and thatís what gets the economy up and going," Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) told NBC's "Meet the Press."

Wait....If, according to the bitch Waters, people spending money will improve the economy, instead of wasting it on a jobs program that will fail under government supervision, take that trillion dollars and split it up evenly between working Americans? It damn well would do a lot better in the hands of normal Americans than the idiots in DC.

The chances of getting another stimulus/spending boondoggle thru the House of R. is slim to none. I don't know why this old hag gets so much press time. She is dumb as a rock and uglier than homemade sin.

Such a ridiculous. waste of space and taxpayers money to pay her salary, that fool woman is. ...

Not to mention how she is deliberately keeping members of her own race and other minorities down, in order to keep being re-elected. It truly is a pity that they are not capable of seeing it.

Her constituents have absolutely no incentive to better themselves and she likes it that way.

How about raising the minimum wage for those *lucky* enough to be still working, Maxine? Bet you think that would add to the economy as well, don't you?

Just don't tell them that by doing so, it forces the job providers to actually cut back on staff, thus causing unemployment numbers to go up even further.

I give up ... Wake me in Nov. 2012, when barring liberal dirty tricks, we can finally get rid of this whole nightmare!

It should be perfectly legal to slap some smarts into this idiot. She's hasn't a clue, she's uneducated, unread, and doesn't know what the hell she's talking about. She really needs a dose of reality.

The political establishment is all the same no matter what party they are.

I disagree. There are certainly common characteristics. There are definitely differences though. DIMS show a distinct lack of class and common courtesy. They also are devoid of the ability to tell the truth when it is damaging to their Socialist cause. Look at their attitudes and reactions during and after Wisconsin.

There is a difference between the party members and the political establishment. I'm differentiating between the rank and file and the party establishment which are the career politicians - generally from dynastic families.
