BWAHAHAHAHA - the DUmmy thinks Allan Lichtman knows how to forecast the outcome of elections? Lichtman failed in his own bid for the Senate. He lost in the primary, getting just a little over 1% of the vote. Too bad he couldn't predict his own spectacular demise, would've saved himself alot of time and money.
