The House of Representatives passed The Protecting Jobs From Government Interference Act, H.R. 2587, by a vote of 239 to 176, today, with all Republicans and six Democrats voting in favor of it. The bill would prohibit the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) from ordering any employer to close, relocate or transfer employment under any circumstance. The NLRB has been the target of Republican ire since the board filed a complaint against Boeing in April for opening a plant in South Carolina, a right-to-work state. That's true, and it guarantees more Republican votes in 2012.

They need to keep a long list of things that Reid has refused to even bring to the floor. It should make a lovely campaign ad.

There was talk that some of the house reps intend to do some thing like that. The house intends to pass bill after bill and send it to the Senate, knowing Reid will ether have to table it, kill it, or vote on it. All sorts of bills Dems won't want to see.
