I don't eat bacon very often, but when I do I eat a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!

My grandpa gets this awesome bacon from a butcher in Traverse City (Max Bower's market). It's thick-cut and has the right balance of meat and fat.


He has a device for his microwave in which you drape the bacon on a plastic thing, that has a place on the bottom for collecting the grease. It cooks the bacon perfectly.

When I buy bacon, I usually get the Meijer brand and cook it on the stove.
