here's a brilliant idea....get rid of all names, age, race, sex on admission forms and go with an ID number. Everyone will be treated equally no matter what.

The funny thing here is that whites are in the minority in the student body of Berkeley. Disproportionately. Orientals are 42% of the student body but only 12.3% of the California population and 4.3% of the national population. So the counter protestors are complaining about low black and latino enrollment, but it's not because white people are holding a proper slice or larger slice of the pie.

White non-hispanics (whatever that's supposed to mean. I'd be interested to know what Jeb Bush and Mel Martinez kids are counted as.) are 31% of the student body and 50% of the California population, 70% of the national population.
