“Everyone loves him. Who doesn’t? He has a great personality, but this is the leader of the free world we’re talking about,” Bachmann said in an interview with conservative radio host Scott Hennan, set to air Monday.

Stingingly, she said when asked of Cain: “People are looking for an adult in the room.”

Bachmann seems nice too, but this is the leader of the free world we’re talking about.

One must stop to realize that she is competing with him. And this old bit of a candidate not being qualified for becoming CIC is a fairly standard talking point.

At least she does seem to show him some respect. As to the "adult in the room" bit, I take that to be a joking criticism of his swit and humor.

Pesronally I like both of these people, and I wish we would see more of Bachmann in the news. A black man and white woman combination in the executive office should break down all the old taboos about having such people in that high position. She is lovely and talented, and he is witty and talented. That beats the hell out of what we got now.

I think that most presidents are well supported by specialists that lay out options for them to choose from. In a sense they are just poster boys that placate the voters while the neocons in the NSA call the shots
on foreign policy and the FRS calls the shots on our fiscal policy.

Who? On Whom?

That may very well be the combination that will beat the present DUmb and DUmber combo we currently have at the helm.

Bachman-Cain could sleep walk for four years and out perform these two idiots.

If Bachmann is elected President of the United States or VP of the United States in 2012, I will change my avatar to anything you want* for one month.

Isn't Bachman the candidate who declared that "999" is just "666" upside down? She's nuts, and she got off the party line with that comment. She should know that there is only one person she's supposed to imply is the antichrist and he's not a fellow republican.

I have not made any judgments about Cain and the sexual harrassment allegations-there just isn't enough information out there to condemn him. He's an easy target, as he is rising in the polls.

And let's not forget Cain's might be the coolest man on earth since Don Cornelius on Soul Train.
