ABC shows excerpts tonight (5:30 Pacific) of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's first media interview since being named to the GOP ticket. The full interview from Fairbanks and her hometown of Wasilla will be shown later on "Nightline," plus a prime-time special edition of "20/20" on Friday.
