Russia test-fires two new nuclear missiles

MOSCOW - Russia successfully tested on Friday its two new Bulava intercontinental missiles, which experienced several failures in the past.

The Defence Ministry said the 12-metre-long Bulava, or Mace, which Moscow aims to make the cornerstone of its nuclear arsenal, was fired from a submarine in the Arctic White Sea and hit the target, a designated polygon, on Kamchatka peninsula in Russia’s far east.

“The launch was carried out from (the submarine in) submerged position in the White Sea,” ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov was quoted by state-run RIA news agency as saying. “Its warheads reached the polygon (target) on time.”

Sure you could if you believed that China and Russia are morally equivalent to the USA. I believe that the USA is a much better country and much more trustworthy.

Remember during the Cold War Moonbats thought that if you disarmed the US and reduced the armed forces to three guys and a pup tent, then everyone else in the world would get rid of their arms as well.

Of course during the Cold War Moonbats protested against the US having nukes, but thought Russia, China and the whole East Bloc should have nukes to protect themselves from " American Imperialism " . Moonbat always seem to forget all the times the USSR invaded other countries :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
