Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Harry Reid or both will leave the Democratic leadership by the end of 2012.
Republicans will take the U.S. Senate.
Republicans will keep the U.S. House.
Hope & Change! :)

Both leaving only if Obama loses too in Nov. Pelosi will hang on in hope of retaking the House in '12 or '14. Reid I doubt he will walk away. He likely will just step down and blast the new GOP leader with cover.

Hillary and Biden switch roles? Maybe.

I don't see Pelosi leaving the House other than feet first, she's a female Claude Pepper, and her rancidly moonbat district will keep sending her back to DC as long as she wants to do it. It's possible she may lose a battle for Minority Leader, but I don't think she'd give it up voluntarily and it's unclear who would have the brass and backing to challenge her, given her gender and unimpeachable moonbat credentials.

Reid will only be gone in the sense of being 'No longer the majority leader,' if the GOP takes the Senate, but I think it's pretty likely he'll remain the Minority Leader, he has been loyal to the Party far over and above anything else (To the great disservice of the country, but that's exactly what the Dems wanted).

I doubt it. Hillary wins if Obama loses. Even more so if he loses to a RINO. She can then run in 2016 on the "Well, maybe that'll learn ya" slogan.

I thought Pelosi should have been ditched from the house dem leadership position after losing the majority in 2010. They should have picked someone new at that point.

Apparently one of Pelosi's family said in an interview after this that she would like to retire, but her contributors are adamant about her staying. Interesting.

What, and give up her insider knowledge? After all, she needs to continue taking those million dollar vacations.

The woman is power hungry---and stupid. She'll be carried out feet first.

There might be some smarter and more power hungry dems who want her congressional seat, but they won't challenge her for the spot, at least not as long as she's minority leader. Unless there was a really good scandal or something-then again, she represents San Francisco. It would have to be something really bad for a scandal to matter that much.
