I have scanned the annals of history during the tenure of many presidents, obviously the recent presidents - the John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Baines Johnson, Richard Nixon, who was impeached, and then subsequently Ford and Carter ...

Really? Nixon was impeached? I think if you scan those annals a little deeper Sheila, Clinton was impeached, Nixon resigned. Surely you remember, it was right after we landed on Mars. (http://www.zimbio.com/Congresswoman+Sheila+Jackson+Lee/articles/31/Breaking+News+Exhaustive+Search+NASA+Archives)

Sheila Jackson-Lee sat on the following committees:

* Member, House Committee on Foreign Affairs
* Member, Subcommittee on Africa and Global Health
* Member, Subcommittee on The Middle East and South Asia
* Member, House Committee on Homeland Security
* Member, Subcommittee on Border, Maritime, and Global Counter terrorism
* Chair, Subcommittee on Transportation Security and Infrastructure Protection
* Member, House Committee on the Judiciary
* Member, Subcommittee on Courts, the Internet, and Intellectual Property
* Member, Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security
* Member, Subcommittee on Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security, and International Law

Can you imagine? People actually elect these nitwits. Over and over and over again.

Where's that video of the guy and Guam tipping over. May as well get aggravated to the max. That was rhetorical, no one needs to post it. Thanks. ;)

Now, now JB. Calypso Louie would be so disappointed ...

Remember he said this:

I was in a tiny village in Tepoztlan in Mexico on the 17th of September, 1985, and I had a vision-like experience climbing a mountain there on the top of which is a temple to the Mesoamerican Christ figure, Quetzalcoatl. And one of these little UFOs came over that mountain, and I was signaled from a group of persons to come, and I was beamed up into that small vehicle and carried to a larger vehicle where I heard the voice of my leader and teacher, the Honorable Elijah Mohammed saying these words to me. In early September, the president met with his Joint Chiefs of Staff to plan a war. He didn't tell me who the war was against or what not, but later in the next -- early in the next year, it came to me while I was in Ghana that this war was against Libya and Libya's leader, Moammar Khadafy. So I went there and warned him of what was about to take place, and it did take place.

I am of course referring to the Nation of Islam leader, Minister Louis Farrakhan. But I like Calypso Louie better. The above quote was taken from an interview that Calypso Louie did on October 13, 2005 with David Asman as reported by Fox News here. (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,172276,00.html)

He said some other interesting things too. Something about an evil scientist named Yakub, a black scientist.

Washington Post: Sheila Jackson Lee steered millions to UH while husband worked there (http://www.khou.com/news/local/Report-Houston-congresswoman-steered-millions-to-UH-husbands-employee-138994279.html)

HOUSTON – A Washington Post report says Houston Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee steered millions of tax dollars to the university where her husband worked.

The report says Jackson Lee helped send more than $5 million to the University of Houston while her husband was vice president of student affairs.

In a statement to KHOU 11 News, Jackson Lee said she never discussed funding with her husband and UH was one of many area schools that received federal dollars.

"Not only have I worked vigorously to secure federal funds for the University of Houston, I have also worked just as aggressively to secure funds for other educational institutions in my Congressional District and in the State," she wrote. "We helped such institutions such as Texas Southern University, Houston Baptist University, Houston Community College, Lone Star College System and the University of Texas."

The newspaper reports 15 other members of Congress also directed federal dollars to colleges where family members work.

No conflict of interest here. That would be raaaaaaacist. Look at the comments following the article... what a hoot!

There was a case some years back a white staffer of the mayor of DC used the term 'niggardly'. As you'd expect, this caused quite a stir and the staffer was forced to resign. Then there is the case a year or 2 ago where the L.A. chapter of the NAACP got a Hallmark card removed from the shelves because they were the only people on earth who heard something that wasn't there. What did they hear? They said the characters on the card(one of those greeting cards with sound) heard the cartoon characters refer to "black whores" (http://abclocal.go.com/kabc/story?section=news/local/los_angeles&id=7475737) even though it clearly said "black holes". Throw in Jackson-Lee's endless gaffes and Hank Johnson's fear that Guam might tip over shows levels of stupidity that is beyond the pale.

The only thing that would have made that whole idiocy entertaining would be if they played the Jefferson's theme every time he approached the podium. Just creating that non-existent office should have clued everyone on to what kind of person he is. Hell, if there was a drinking game which involved taking a shot every time this narcissistic gasbag said me or I while giving a speech, you'd have alcohol poisoning inside of 15 minutes.

Speaking of Hank Johnson, it is fascinating to watch the wizards of smart infest the hallowed Halls of Congress. And you just know that once we get our education system "adjusted properly" so that no child has to deal with such pesky things as math (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2099022/Maths-hard-students-dons-Universities-drop-subject-science-courses.html) or homework (http://www.christianpost.com/news/schools-cutting-homework-time-for-students-51219/) that future generations will make this box of rocks look like rocket scientists.

This guy believes that islands can tip over and the sky is falling (man made global hoax), what will future Congressional geniuses hold for America? And which is worse? The countless voters who trust their futures with these wizards or the wizards themselves? You can fix an 0bamanation, but what do you do about those (the happily ignorant and apathetic) that vote for it?

Jesus said: "the poor you will always have." He didn't mention that we'd also have the Stuck on Stupid. These days, the Stupid vote for the DIM party in droves. Not because this disgusting party holds our Constitution in the highest regard, they don't. Not that they share the majority values of this society, they don't. Not that they are good for the country, they aren't.

No, these are the ignorant, the stupid, and the ideological idiots that put a stupid party and their equally idiotic and meaningless bumper sticker ideology (Hope and Change), above common sense and patriotism. These are the idiots that continue to vote for infinite enslavement to governmental largess at the expense of the actual working class. These are the morons who dig holes with our money, and then actually believe that they need to dig the hole deeper in order to begin filling it in.

Alas, "The Stuck On Stupid we will always have."

If I recall the spin from the defensive, media poo-flinger, propaganda wing of the left, they also tried initially to blame it on his meds from a chronic ailment. I'd say they were partially correct, but underlying stupidity due to liberal-progressive brain disorder is not treatable by chemical means. Facts are the only known cure and most liberals have already built up an immunity from facts.

I wonder what they teach in some high schools.

I also can see why ignorant people make that mistake-they get asked about it in a trivia kind of way. The question is usually "Who are the two presidents in american history that were impeached?". Most people know Clinton was, because it was fairly recent history. Most people don't think all the way back to the Reconstruction for Johnson. They think that because there were "impeachment hearings" in congress, that he was actually impeached, but Nixon resigned before he could be impeached.

Maxine Waters calls Republican leaders 'demons' (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/02/15/maxine-waters-calls-republican-leaders-demons/)

Rep. Maxine Waters, no stranger to controversy, is turning heads once again, this time for describing House Republican leaders as "demons." >>>

"I saw pictures of Boehner and Cantor on our screens (at the convention). Don't ever let me see again, in life, those Republicans in our hall, on our screens, talking about anything. These are demons," she told the crowd. "They are bringing down this country, destroying this country, because they’d rather do whatever they can do destroy this president rather than for the good of this country.”

Needless to say, those comments didn't win her any friends on the other side of the aisle. >>>

Waters, in her speech, also boasted that banks will be "shaking in their boots" if Democrats take back the house and she becomes the House Financial Services Committee chairwoman. She currently is the second-ranking Democrat on the committee behind Rep. Barney Frank, who isn't running for re-election this year.

Whether Democrats would let her chair the committee is another matter, given that Waters continues to face an ethics investigation into her potential role in securing federal money for a bank with ties to her husband.

And she sparked controversy last year when she told a partisan crowd, "as far as I'm concerned, the Tea Party can go straight to hell."

----------------------------------------------

Seems the "pig in a wig" is off her meds again.
