Romney thinks he's more "successful" than the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES?!
So he's equating the fact that he's worth $250Million to being MORE successful than someone who grew up poor, worked/studied hard, became the first African-American Harvard law editor, then on to become a Constitutional lawyer, then uh, THE FIRST AFRICAN-AMERICAN PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES?! Someone needs to remind Rmoney that he was BORN RICH! It's pretty easy to make millions when you have millions. Romney could NEVER walk a mile in Obama's shoes. NEVER.

Barack Obama's life in terms of 'success' is FAAAR more successful than Mitt Romney.

Some people are born on 3rd base and act like THEY hit a triple. Money doesn't equal success, especially when you cut-throat millions of workers lifelines. I wonder if Mitt thinks firefighters are 'un-successful' because they only make $50,000/yr. Or perhaps doctors who don't even earn a fraction of what Mitt is worth.

The thing these idiot GOP don't understand is that NOT EVERYONE CARES ABOUT BECOMING RICH, most just want to make a decent salary for their hard work, have health care, and some vacation days to spend time with their kids and spouse. Be able to afford college for their children and put food on their tables without worries. Romney is a f**king JOKE. He NEVER had to work a day in his life. And if you're a member of the Romney clan (all 50 of them) you also don't have to work a day in your life. What a JOKE Romney is.

Obama CLIMBED THE LADDER of success, Romney inherited the ladder.
They act like Obama had to work for his "success". Kinda like he had to work for that peace prize. It was all pretty much handed to him. Dems don't like to admit that though.

Wow. I mean just wow. Did it ever occur to these idiots that Obama, because of his "race" was handed everything he has? Let's take the idiocy of the triple analogy. What's worse, being born on 3rd and thinking you hit a triple or actually striking out but being granted 3rd because of the supposed disadvantages based on your skin color? They also forget the fact that Romney's father grew up poor and worked his way up the corporate ladder. But you can't let the facts get in the way of a good rant I guess.

Did I miss something? Since when was Obama ever poor? His grandparents were wealthy enough, although not as wealthy as the Romneys, but then, the Romney's weren't socialists.

I'd really like to hear these clowns tell us of some of Obama's achievements. What are his great accomplishments beyond getting elected to public office? When has he ever done anything that required any effort beyond showing up and making a speech off of a teleprompter? His two "autobiographies" appear to have been ghostwritten (which makes sense, when you think about it, after all, how much can you say about a man with no accomplishments?), his tenure at the Harvard Law Review seems to have been characterized by a singular lack of output, and his law career consisted of passing the bar and then showing up to lecture once in a while at the University of Chicago. I've seen housepets with more substantive resumes.

Although I think that Romney is a POS RINO, he's still run numerous successful businesses. Obama, OTOH, is a no-talent rabble-rouser that won a popularity contest.

... and his law career consisted of passing the bar...

Followed by he and Moose surrendering their law licenses rather than risk possible disbarment, IIRC.

I don't see how the DUers can deny that both men are successful. Obama is president, which in american politics, is the epitome of success. He also graduated from an Ivy League school and served in the senate. Romney is a successful businessman, who also graduated from college and was the republican governor of what is considered by many to be the most liberal state in the nation.

One man's success does not take away from the other's success.
