John Edwards is First Name Uncovered in 'Millionaire Madam' Investigation
MANHATTAN A call girl working for alleged "Millionaire Madam" Anna Gristina (http://www.dnainfo.com/people/anna-gristina) told investigators she was paid to have sex with former U.S. Sen. John Edwards when he was in New York raising money for his failed presidential bid, DNAinfo has learned.

Edwards is the first big name to surface in connection to Gristina's alleged prostitution scheme run out of an Upper East Side apartment.

Considering the problem of the Dims to keep it zipped, should prove quite a list.

I guess everyone has their good (or kooky) side. At least Rock would approve, maybe, of this side of her personality.

Follow the link and compare pic at upper left with lower right Boy, a long legal investigation sure takes its toll on people. You'd never know it's the same woman.

MANHATTAN — The mother of four accused of running an Upper East Side brothel and netting millions of dollars from a network of powerful men has a thing for pigs, according to friends.
Anna Gristina (http://www.dnainfo.com/people/anna-gristina) — whose Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1038512419#!/profile.php?id=1038512419) profile picture is a pig, rather than herself — was in the midst of coordinating a major rescue of 59 pot-bellies from Florida at the time of her arrest for prostitution two weeks ago, said Lana Hollenback, of the Tennessee-based Forgotten Angels Rescue & Education Center.
Gristina, 44, who hails from Scotland and has a British passport, was well-liked in the pot-bellied pig community for her work rescuing animals, Hollenback said.

"She's a real lover of animals," said Hollenback, who has never met Gristina in person but has been working with her for two years online on pig rescues. Rescues are staged by concerned community members when, in their opinion, the pigs aren't being adequately fed or cared for at private homes or farms.
"We knew she was a very private person with her business, but this was really a shock to us," Hollenback said of the news of her arrest. "We only saw the animal-loving side."
Sources said that she would even take the pigs to aged care homes to cheer up the residents.
At Gristina's sprawling two-story farmhouse in upstate Monroe, one pig was spotted Tuesday running around the grounds that had animal feed strewn about and empty animal pens. A bulldog and pitbull mix were also roaming the grounds that were scattered with toys and a children's wading pool. Neighbors said the family kept to themselves and that their kids took the bus to the local public school.
Gristina's husband of 10 years, Kelvin Gorr, told the Daily News (http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/manhattan-madam-husband-shaken-arrest-judge-denies-request-bail-article-1.1033870?localLinksEnabled=false) he was "heartbroken" after his wife's bail hearing on Tuesday.
"We are just a great family and my wife means everything to me," said Gorr, who works in real estate and owns land in the area."

"Edwards' lawyer declined to comment when reached Wednesday. On Thursday morning, his attorneys issued a statement to Politico and other news outlets saying their client "categorically" denied the allegation."

Well, Edwards would have no reason to lie, so I believe him. He's never lied before so...wait a minute...

I thought he had lost his brush or hairspray.

AND another thing; Why is it more emphatic to "categorically" deny an accusation? Isn't denying it enough?

I depends on what category you are in. If you are in the "Lying Sack of Shit" category, you need to categorically deny any and all accusations made against you.

In that case, can't people also say, "I DimocRATically or Liberally deny these accusations?"

Reminds me of that scene in A Few Good Men:

"Objection!"
"Overruled."
"You're honor, we strenuously object."
"You're objection has been noted."
