Illegal immigrant whose deportation was blocked by the Obama administration alleged to have murdered 15-year-old girl (http://freebeacon.com/obamas-willie-horton/)

President Obama commented on the controversial killing of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin in a widely noticed Mar. 23 press availability.

The president has yet to comment, however, on another shooting victim whose death is connected to an administration immigration policy and may pose problems for his reelection campaign.

On Jan. 2, 2011, Kesler Dufrene is alleged by local police to have shot and killed 15-year-old Ashley Chow in Miami.

Dufrene, a 23-year-old illegal immigrant from Haiti, was convicted on burglary charges in 2006.

Already on probation for stealing a car, he pled guilty and was sentenced to five years in prison.

Although I agree with the Obama administration that you cant deport this guy back to a country that is in ruins from coast to coast and cant properly handle this individual, you cant release him back into our country when he is here illegally. They should have kept him until Haiti was able to take him.

So people from Somalia can't be deported? How about North Koreans?

Just out of curiousity-how often do we get illegal immigrants from North Korea? It's not exactly easy to leave there.

It's a problem. Look at the difficulties involved in the Yemenis at Gitmo. Obama would love to repatriate them, but Yemen won't take them back. When you have an illegal immigrant from a country that has no government, or whose government is openly hostile, and they are effectively agents of that government, or agents of another hostile power, your options diminish dramatically. We can count on Britain, for example, to keep persons who are persona non grata from even getting on a plane to the US, but we cannot count on Haiti to do it.

The draconian solution is to deport them with a warning, that if they return to the US after having been convicted of a felony and deported, their next prison term will be for life. Either that, or do what they did in Johnny Dangerously to Boss Moroni:

Newspaper Headline: Roman Moroni Deported to Sweden. Says He's Not From There.

Usually, they're spies with diplomatic immunity.

So this punk, who offed himself after he presumably shot and killed the teenager (thus saving the taxpayer even more grief than he already had caused), couldn't be deported until after he served his sentence for burglary. Great.

So then he's granted diplomatic immunity by Barry because he came from a special 3rd-world hellhole called Haiti (the photos of Slick Willie and GWB walking together were oh-so-special) due to the earthquake.

Seems to me that Mike Huckabee caught holy hell for this type of thing when he was Guv of Arkansas, so yeah, Barry ought to receive the full force of "credit" that the RNC can drum up.

It's the least they can do. I mean, we're talking about a dead 15-year old.

But this guy should've been sent to a desert isle with not much more than his own copy of Wilson to keep him amused. Unarmed, of course.
