Hope things start looking up. Has your company kept your job open til you can return from disability? When I had surgery some years ago, my company let me come back after the 90 days I was off due to the surgery. They cited the Medical and Family Leave Act.

Oh yes...that was part of the paperwork that I had to fill out.
