A friend gives a gas driller an attitude adjustment...

A friend of mine, whom I've known since I was a child and who still lives in the town in PA in which I grew up (an area that is Ground Zero for the Marcellus shale fracking that is going on) posted this on Facebook yesterday:

Just had an interesting experience while getting gas at Sheetz.....One of our inbred "drillinators" pulled up behind an elderly lady beside me ane started screaming obcenities at her for "taking HIS place in line"! Well, the Scot-Irish in me boiled over and I went and confronted the young man. He mouthed off to me and I noticed he didn't have his seatbelt on, so I simply pulled him out of his truck, and needless to say, this old fart has bloody knuckles and knees! A small crowd developed, and someone asked if I wanted him to call 911. For whatever reason I asked the young lad (from Texas....nothing against Texans), who had, by then, blood about his mouth and nose, if HE wanted anyone to call 911. At that point he stood up, brushed himself off, and said "no" then proceeded to apologize to me and the elderly woman, and the people around him for his actions in a very gentlemanly manner. Apparently his momma did something right!

LOL! Love it!

Because we all know only the "Truth" is posted on FaceBook...:bounce2:

When I was a kid, 'attitude adjustment' meant getting high.

7. Pardon me for not cheerleading the violence...

You and your friend do not sound like any friends of mine.

The friends of mine were at Riverdale TP peacefully creating roadblocks and refusing eviction.

This sounds like the thuggery of the 30's and 40's to me...

You better hope violent 'reminds me of the right' guy doesn't come along.. he'd mow you down!

I'm assuming this 'drillinator' is a roughneck. I'm SURE this old fart dragged him from his truck and worked him over. Absolutely, no doubt about it. The guys who work the oil and gas fields are all known to be a bunch of wimps.

^what he said (but I would not recommend calling one of them that term. One might end up eating blacktop)

Let me get this straight. Just because someone got pissed that some old bat cut in front of him in a gas line(and who wouldn't) he felt the need to pull the man from his vehicle and beat him down? In front of a crowd? I highly, highly doubt this. Basically this person admits to committing several counts of assault. Also, the irony of this person mockingly calling this person a "gas driller" or "drillinator" while in a line for gasoline is quite funny. The level of childishness from these people knows no bounds.

I had a real gas pump encounter with a army hating, liberal union member. He escaped without me knocking his tooth out, but barely. I won't start a fight, but I won't walk away from a bully. If he's bigger, stronger, (younger), I supersize with a tire iron. I'm too old to be bullied or beaten. :taser:

26. The Internets are full of stories like this...

...usually by idiot teabaggers living in their mother's basement about what big time tough guys they are.

Like I said, the Internets are full of stories, all following the same common theme. The ones about how they beat up on minorities, gays, non-Christians, etc. These stories go on to say the people around him cheered, the police refused to take any action against the guy who assaulted the other person, and so on.

Perfect description of a bouncy.
