GARDEN CITY, N.Y. (AP) -- Ten passengers are suing JetBlue over a flight during which a pilot had to be physically restrained after screaming about religion and terrorism. They claim the airline was "grossly negligent" in allowing him to fly.
The New York lawsuit was filed Wednesday in state Supreme Court in Queens and an early copy of it was provided to The Associated Press.
The lawsuit contends the airline should have known that Clayton Osbon was unfit to fly.

I have flown Jet Blue and loved it. Round trip to California for around $100 and the first checked bag is free...very friendly staff...I hate to see them sued. Stuff happens.
