Well we won't be seeing a ruling today on ether of the above. Maybe Monday.

But a ruling did come down, a 7 - 2 slap down on Unions.

Their ruling;

Unions may not increase union dues without notice and allowing objection from union members for political purpose and explanation there of.

And Unions may not extract a due from unwilling nonmembers.

The unions are taking it on the chin hard this month.

A second ruling today. This time on the FCC.

Supreme Court strikes down policy regulating curse words on broadcast television.

This one is interesting. As they used this to bleep any words they deemed "Dirty". And the second part is interesting as it deals with nudity. And was part of this ruling. Question is, will we start seeing more partial nudity before 10 PM because it was tossed.

This will not stop obamacare any more than the congress has stopped amnesty for illegals, he'll do it anyway.

He can try. But he'll run into two massive roadblocks and both will cost him is pResidency.

First Congress has power of the purse. They won't fund it.

Second. The voters regardless of the side of isle you sit will not stand for it.

I wonder how my union is going to try to spin this ruling as a GOP-sponsored attack on their rights?

When unions start acting like the government (deducting dues, like taxes, from paychecks), their members even start getting sick of them.

One should not be drinking so early in the morning, although I would say that with this Congress, you have good reason
