It doesn't matter whether they call it a tax, a penalty, a tariff, a fee, etc, the bottom line is that it's unconstitutional.

(Peblowse needs to learn to breath while she's giving 0vomit blow jobs because the oxygen depravation is making her more looney all the time.)
