The health care they NEED?? What else is new? We all know that they know what's best for us.

I'm interested in one of the hidden taxes, the 40% tax on cadillac health insurance plans and why we'd be taxed for having a top tier plan. And, I'm curious whether Congress will opt into the obamacare plan - you know, lead by example.
