Being a liberal douchenozzle, he doesn't like that people in the state are fighting for conservative values and election integrity, so what does he do? He's trying to change the titles of proposed measures to paint one in a negative light and make the other almost incomprehensible.

Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, a Democrat, is being accused of trying to alter the outcome of a November 2012 ballot initiative to protect traditional marriage by changing its title.

The state legislature’s approved title for the ballot question was:”Recognition of marriage solely between one man and one woman.” But Ritchie has decided to change the title to: “Limiting the status of marriage to opposite sex couples.”

The pro-marriage amendment advocacy group Minnesota for Marriage has cried foul and appealed to the Minnesota Supreme Court for help.

The group says Ritchie and Attorney General Lori Swanson have worked together outside of the law to change the title on the ballot amendment.

Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie has reworked the title for a constitutional amendment seeking to impose a photo ID requirement for voting.

The state elections chief announced in a news release Monday that the ballot question would carry the following title: "Changes to In-Person & Absentee Voting & Voter Registration; Provisional Ballots."

Sponsors of the measure had set the title previously as "Photo Identification Required for Voting." Dan McGrath of the pro-amendment Minnesota Majority says the group will consider suing over the title swap.

Yep. When liberals realize they can't win fairly, they cheat. These name changes could easily influence the voting results.
