It is just exhilarating to see Obama step up to the plate and face the people about his first 4 years in office with such hard hitting news magazines as Glamour. The libs must be so proud of him

Editor-in-Chief Cindi Leive flew to Portland, Ore., last month to sit down with the president for an interview that will appear in the magazine’s November issue. It is not the first time Obama has sat down with Glamour — he did so in 2008, along with John McCain (http://www.politico.com/tag/john-mccain) — but it is his first time as a sitting president. ...
Glamour pitched them on a big audience, said Washington editor Linda Kramer Jenning. “There’s a lot of attention being paid to young, women voters,” Jenning said. “That’s the calling card that opens the door.” It took five months to lock down some face time.
Jenning said Leive asked the president about women’s health care, among other topics, even though the interview took place before the recent uproar over the antediluvian comments about rape by Missouri Rep. Todd Akin (http://www.politico.com/p/pages/todd-akin).

he is too busy to meet with the Press core at the White House, but not Glamour magazine and Entertainment tonight. Appearantly he thinks he will get more cred from those places. Does anyone even read those magazines anymore?

Novembers issue? LOL. Hopefully he will be voted out of office and their sales tank..

What's next, The Onion, ABC, The Enquirer?

I am thinking Playgirl. There he will have a platform to continue his blaming of the Republicans for their fake war on women.

He's picking places that will agree not to ask him any hard questions or talk about the economy.

Oh, be fair. His interview in Highlights for Children was very hard-hitting, and the coloring page was fraught with potential issues for him.

Seriously, the really shocking thing is that even with the press lining up behind him, Obama still feels that he has to avoid talking to mainstream press outlets. He hasn't given interviews to the NY Times or MSNBC, and they'd sooner have their stock printed on soft, absorbent rolls and used to stock their bathrooms than do anything to threaten Obama's reelection. This is pathologically paranoid behavior, and it indicates that a serious meltdown is coming. If Obama tanks in the polls over the next month, we could see a full on collapse in his public facade.

Then why doesn't he go on MSNBC? They will ask him all kinds of soft ball questions......and they think the economy is doing great.

The children seemed to be concerned with his inability to stay within the lines when he colored.

That would be an October surprise worth the price of admission!

Obama has always had a problem with the rules.

As long as the guy with the football keeps the codes away from him, sure. Otherwise, it could get dicey.
