Thing is, if you look closely at that picture. To Biden's left, behind him you will see a hand resting on the seat back. It can't be ether of the men, or bidens or the woman sitting in front of Biden. It belongs to a second woman sitting right behind the first, the two women are leaning in close to Biden as he whispers to them.
