I made a mistake tonite. I got all the ingredients to do a 15 lb batch of hotass chicken and when I diced up the bacon I realized I mistakenly bought Maple flavored bacon! Oh Noes! But not to worry, I used it anyway and it gives a surprisingly sweet taste before the kick ass happens! It is still Hot ass chicken but with a sweet side!:biggrin-new:

You don't need to skin a chicken, just pull all the dang feathers off, city people sheesh!

I've not seen maple bacon here, but I'm tempted to use a little chilli jelly when I make this next. This is my all time favourite CU recipe and I make it a lot!

Dare you to put a drop of this in your original recipe.

You can smell the maple when reheated and it really doesn't quiet down the heat, it just adds one more layer of flavor.

Whoa! That would be overkill!!!

Blair's Ultra Death Sauce (5oz./150ml); This is the newest addition to the Blair's line of sauces. Just released and replaces the Jersey Death Sauce. Suggested uses: Be warned: This sauce contains ingredients 800 times hotter than a jalapeno chile. Use sparingly. Ultra Death should not be consumed without dilution.

.

Yep. that's about 800,000 scovilles. Way to hot for most people. I can only handle middle of the road heat myself, but I like a good burn. Blairs has some of the best tasting stuff with some killer heat.

Question about the recipe. Do you use the seeds from all the hot peppers or do you discard them?

Seeds go in! Like I said I like it hot but it has to be tasty!
