She's not really a pup - she's seven and a half years old.
Her name is Hattie. She's a miniature Schnauzer.

I've been looking after her for much of this year, and she became my dog in August.

She goes pretty much everywhere I go these days.

She's a great little dog. She's keeping me sane in an upside down world.

There are too many people in the right side of that building and not enough on the left, it is causing it to lean and it could tip over!

That's Winchester Cathedral. in Hampshire, my home county. Hatts likes old churches. She's looking a bit fed up in the pic because they wouldn't let her inside. She's been in other churches before so wasn't too pleased not to go inside this one.

Still, a couple of treats later and she'd gotten over it.

I have a half Schnauze, half shih tzu (sp) A very calm and behaved breed mix.

Delighted for you in your new friend, and to make your acquaintance.

Hamps, love your pupper. She looks like a schnauzer I used to have, same color, uncropped ears. Her name was Madchen.

I'm sure she loves living with you, gives both of you continuity. I'm so glad that you have given her such a good home.

She's a cutie.

We like (some) kittehs. Specially this one. We're doing a photo-shoot soon:

Hamps, that pup is adorable. It looks like she has attitude. :biggrin-new:

She's definitely nicer than my old schnauzers, who were death to the kitties. An elderly retired Colonel who lived down the street from me when I lived in San Antonio loved my dogs. He wanted to borrow them to "clean out" the kitties of his next door neighbor. She was feeding about 15-20 cats on her front porch. He was serious, but of course I didn't participate in his scheme. LOL.
