CBS News affiliate in Phoenix, Arizona for 17 seconds ran that image during Judge Judy.

So they are already calling it for Obama.

In defence of the station, they could have been testing out the system. But, then, knowing CBS, even though they aren't as bad as NBC, could be calling it.
