Win or lose, after the election, President Obama will leave a bigger scar on our nation than we thought. If Obama loses, an unseen reservoir of ruinous proclamations, executive orders, and regulations will burst forth in his outgoing days. If Obama wins, our nation faces four uncontrollable years of lacerating presidential whips and chains.

(snip)

...Obama's to-do list -- 13 specific job-killing Environmental Protection Agency regulations that have been quietly put on hold until after the election.

"To-do" means imposing harsh greenhouse gas regulations, banning hydraulic fracturing (fracking), taking federal control over all water, shutting down cement plants, "cleaning" gasoline to make it cost more, stopping farm dust -- and on and on, one economic bloodbath after another.

In 14 fact-filled pages, Inhofe's investigative staff goes into detail about why and how. A peculiar Obama insider quote struck me: "The only decision metric that matters for the next 14 months is, 'Will this help us get reelected?' If a regulatory decision is a liability, we should fully expect the administration to delay until Nov. 7" -- the day after the election.

Isn't there a custom where the incoming prez halts all EO from the out going prez? I hope Romney has the balls to reverse them.

Obama would still have about 75 days to do whatever he wants to do before Romney could reverse the EOs.

The EOs are only part of the equation. Imagine the pardons that an unfettered Obama would issue. And imagine the chaos that he would inflict on the armed forces.

And, let's not forget that no matter how blownbrain or idiotic the policies imposed, any attempt by Romney to roll them back would be met with howls of outrage from the media, which would claim that Romney is attempting to poison, terrorize or otherwise attack the American people.

Landmark Legal filed a motion with the courts in Virginia to force the EPA to comply with a request for an expedited FOIA request on what pending regulations they are holding on to and waiting to unleash in either a second Obama term or in the months between November and January.

It's their belief that the EPA is holding back some stuff that would be pretty ruinous to the country and specifically certain industries in the country.

And on the American people for having the audacity to remove the Anointed One and his sidekick Slo Joe.

That would be no surprise since the majority of the MSM are kowtowing at the alter of the Anointed One right now.
