Landmark Legal filed a motion with the courts in Virginia to force the EPA to comply with a request for an expedited FOIA request on what pending regulations they are holding on to and waiting to unleash in either a second Obama term or in the months between November and January.


It's their belief that the EPA is holding back some stuff that would be pretty ruinous to the country and specifically certain industries in the country.
