Yeah... if you are going to build a speculative spaceport, then you should probably make sure that either the lessee is committed contractually, or you have far more incentives than anywhere else.


...and Virgin has entered a deal with a Middle East investment group to develop another spaceport in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Yeah we kinda need the ME to not be the future of commerce.

The spaceport deal is a bit of a fiasco though. Without knowing the contractual details, I can't really make a statement though.
