20 Large Jalapenos - Look for ones beginning to get red, wither or with the brown "stretch marks" on them for hotter peppers. Cut in half like "boats". The smooth shiny jalapendos are more MILD.

Scrape out insides and seeds....set to the side.

Boat filling
1 Package Cream Cheese
1 package Chedder Cheese
3 garlic cloves minced
4 strips Bacon (Very Crispy and crumbled)
1/2 minced onion
1 tsp Chipotle pepper spice
2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne spice
3 tsp Chili powder

1 tsp your favorite hot sauce. I use Blair's "Pure Death", for good HEAT.
use pepper insides and seeds in the mixture for added HEAT

mix all ingredients together well. You can melt the cheeses in the Microwave to get a better consistancy to mix up all the spices.

Fill your boats with a spoon. Bake in oven on 375 for about 20 minutes.

I don't got a pic but they will look something like this.

Dude I hate you! :biggrin-new: I am on fire, my bald head is sweating and my lips and tongue are flaming! I love em!:evil-grin:

I did 2 things different, I didn't have chipotle spice but I had a can of chipotles in adobo sauce. I used them chopped up and I also doubled the garlic!
