My son brought over 2 nice pieces of sushi grade tuna, so it was Ahi tuna tonight! With a spring mix salad with just a little EVOO and balsamic red vinegar, it was just like a restaurant meal!

Simple : Take the tuna and pat dry. Season with S&P. Take some black and white sesame streets and mix on a plate. Press the tuna into the sesame on all sides and press firmly so they stick.

Heat a pan with EVOO to cover the bottom of pan and sear on high heat for 45 seconds per side. The white sesame seeds should be a golden color. That's it! Slice and plate with some salad, wasabi sauce and pickled ginger and dig in.

Press them seeds in!

That looks greyt! We had some AmberJack tonight that I did on the grill. :smile-new:

I never had that. Is it fishy tasting? I know they are great fighters when hooked, but never ate one.
