President Barack Obama is blaming racism for his low approval rating among white voters. According to a Gallup Poll conducted January 14 through 16, Obama’s approval rating has slipped to 39 percent. A majority of those polled said they are dissatisfied with the nation’s president. The poll included voters of all races.

In a recent interview with New Yorker magazine, Obama said racism may have negatively impacted his approval rating:

“There’s no doubt that there’s some folks who just really dislike me because they don’t like the idea of a black President.”

God what a pathetic little a-hole. Never even occurs to him it might be
his faults, nope. Gotta bring out the race card.

And frankly I don't blame him. It works so well in this country. Until
enough people stop letting him and others like him get away with
this crap they will continue to use it.

Great comment, right-on. I'd love to hear his answer (or non-answer) to that question.

Carney Blames Lack of Sun Block, Darker Complexion, for Increased Racism

Washington DC--Speaking in response to allegations that the President's low approval numbers were the result of racism, and specifically why the American people were now more racist than when they elected and reelected President Obama, White House spokesman Jay Carney claimed that since his reelection, the President has significantly cut back on the use of sun block during his multiple vacations and is now significantly darker than he has been.

"The increasing racism that we are seeing is the direct result of the President's darker, more deeply-hued complexion," Carney stated to a roomful of journalists. "Having spent most of the period since his reelection on vacation, the President has tanned to a much deeper, coffee-colored base."

Speaking with a glassy-eyed stare as an IV drip containing Peach-Mango Koolaid was fed directly into his carotid artery during the press conference, Carney continued, "This darker complexion has aroused feelings of racism in former supporters, especially those who received healthcare insurance cancellation notices or had their job hours cut back due to the impending implementation of the employer-mandate. The Affordable Care Act remains wildly popular after its hugely successful rollout, despite the efforts of the right wing media to highlight the ridiculously small number of insignificant glitches in the system."

Reporters were quick to repeat the talking point, many not even waiting until Carney had finished speaking. MSNBC's Chris Matthews, who rapidly limped out of the room due to a tingling sensation in his leg, immediately took to the air to denounce the racism of those who were able to detect the minute pigmentation changes in the President, some of which were undetectable except under specific lighting, and after the application of numerous PhotoShop filters.

His dropping popularity is directly connected to racism, his racism.
