I really doubt our election will be honest this year. And like John Fund, I doubt we know the results that night.

Stealing Pennsylvania: "Massive Fraud" (http://www.theamericanprowler.com/dsp_article.asp?art_id=14034)

A retired Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice says that she is "not confident we can get a fair election" in the state come November.

Justice Sandra Newman, accompanied by Dauphin County District Attorney Edward Marsico and Pennsylvania Republican State Chairman Robert Gleason, expressed her concerns at a Harrisburg press conference this morning. A thick document replete with photo copies of phony registrations and aerial shots of vacant lots used as "addresses" for "voters" was handed out to journalists.

Gleason was even more explicit.

"Between March 23rd and October 1st, various groups, including ACORN, submitted over 252,595 registrations to the Philadelphia County Election Board" with 57,435 rejected for faulty information. "Most of these registrations were submitted by ACORN, and rejected due to fake social security numbers, incorrect dates of birth, clearly fraudulent signatures, addresses that do not exist, and duplicate registrations. In one case, a man was registered to vote more than 15 times since the Primary election."

* Philadelphia County: The situation in the state's largest city is so bad the Philadelphia City Commission, which supervises the registration of Philadelphia voters, voted unanimously to "voluntarily" turn over its extensive records to the United States Attorney's office for prosecution.

* Dauphin County: Dauphin County (the location of the state capital) District Attorney Marsico said the situation was so bad in Harrisburg that one ACORN worker is now being sought by authorities for submitting more than 100 fraudulent voter registration forms. The charge is 19 counts of perjury. One Harrisburg lobbyist, a voter for 30 years, had received notification she had recently filled out a registration form. The lobbyist went straight to the DA with her complaint. Marsico said that what was happening with ACORN "affects the integrity of the process" and that the volume of phony registrations made him "sure that others are going on" that have been undetected.

They have been brainwashed into believing that Diebold is stealing the elections for Republicans via electronic voting machines, so they are trying to "even the score."

Except there is no score to even.

ACORN is a disgusting organization, it comes as no suprise that they'd pull something like this in my home state. The arguement from the Left is that "we're just leveling the playing field since Repukes cheat too!". I have issues with this for several reasons; There is not widespread evidence of significant Republican voter fraud this year, there is massive evidence that ACORN and other groups are up to no good. Even if Republicans commit voter fraud (and if they do, they're disgusting criminals and I'd love to see them behind bars) 2 wrongs do not make a right and the ends never justify the means. Don't they understand that?

Jack Murtha announced that western PA is comprised of racists and that will cut Obama's victory to 4 points. Between ACORN and Murtha, that state doesn't stand a chance in hell.

I was in Philadelphia last week.

It certainly lives up to its reputation as the ugliest city in the US with the ugliest citizens.

Who cares how they vote, it ain't gonna make them any better looking.

Today Rush was wondering why this was so blantant this year. I got to doing something seriously dangerous and allowed myself to think. You always had the handful of stories of ACORN giving people bottles of booze and crack and the odd Mickey Mouse and Daeth Vader registered. By why is it so blantant now? Maybe it is a tactic. Maybe The Democratic Party and Obama's campaigns have run their own internals with no weighting and it shows a disasterous outcome. But now it is out in the open. In fact it appears that ACORN may be doing this on purpose. Why would they come out into the light like this? Could it be that this gives Obama and the Democrats a chance to run the election into the courts? If Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, Nevada, Colorado are close defeats for Obama, he can bring the vote into question by pointing to all of the fraud by ACORN. If he manages to get the right counties thrown out, a close McCain win in those states becomes a win for Obama. Something stinks about all of this. Then you also factor in the big leads in a couple of polls in these states. And Obama and the Democrats can cry fraud all night long.

They never came out and admitted they were communists and socialists before either. This year, they have no qualms about it.

That is what I am saying. What the fuck is up? Something stinks. I think that those with arms should bury them. Leave only a couple of piece of shit .25 Ravens and a .22 Chipmunk to hand over to the government. There may be some dark times coming.

I don't think you are looking at a big enough picture. I believe there is some outside influence doing this.

This takes a lot of money and coordination across state lines. It will not mater who wins, there will be complaints of fraud. If it is thrown to the courts to decide, they win. If the courts reverse the out come it is a big win. If it causes a civil war they take it all.

good thought - but in PA at least - the major fraud is in districts that are already dominated by dems.

But knowing the Democrats, they can call into question the whole state. If this is what is truly going on, they are stacking the deck for AFTER the election for the unavoidable court battle. And you know that should the election wind up in dispute, McCain will let these people walk all over him.

Exactly Policon. Where I grew up and in most smaller rural communities Obama isn't a blip on anyone's radar, it's the Burgs (Harrisburg, Pittsburgh) and Philly where Barry will win. He wont dominate P.A., it'll be pretty close i think.

Oh, and jumpin Jack Murtha is going to get his ass beat by Bill Russell this year...I hope.:D

Oh, and jumpin Jack Murtha is going to get his ass beat by Bill Russell this year...I hope.:DI called jacks office today and asked to speak to him. Of course he wasn't in and the woman the had on the phones had a script in front of her. . . . anyhow - she wanted to take a message - I told her that I wanted to speak to him so that he could apologize to me for calling me a racist. She answered that he had apologized and I corrected her. He apologized for MAKING the comment not for the sentiments expressed in the comment - a typical I got caught non-apology apology. When I pointed that out she apologized that Murtha's apology was not up to my standards - my standards being an actual factual apology and not just political spin. I was soooooo funny. I was completely respectful the whole time. I encourage anyone else to call in and chat with them as well.

OH ALMOST FORGOT - She nearly had a cow in front of me when I said that Murtha basically called me a racist because I am unwilling to vote for a communist.
"Representative Murtha didn't ask you to vote for a communist SIR."
"Yes ma'am he has. Mr. Obama is running on the policy of redistribution of wealth and that Ma'am is communism."

She almost hung up on me. :D

Great job policon, I like hearing that! Murtha is so out of touch with reality, I truly truly hope he's thrown out on his big fat a$$ this year. I've contributed a pretty good amount of cash and sent a lot of emails for Bill Russell's campaign and my family can't even vote for the guy cuz he's not in their district! But I believe in his message, his conviction and Murtha needs to go at all costs.

Russell's a great guy too, he actually responded to me when I emailed his campaign and kept regular correspondance with me, that shows me he actually gives a damn and I love it.:D

I wanna move back to Pa too News...if I made the money I make now and lived back home in Lancaster County I'd be effing rich.

OK here's my theory. A little "Tinfoilly", but I thought about this the other day. They are being so blatant about the funny names and things so that peoople will think, "Well sure, they regiistered the Dallas Cowboys and Mickey Mouse, Etc, but nobody got to vote under those registrations"

Meanwhile 20,000 John Smith's with false addresses slip through the cracks. And have already voted.

Eyepuss knows whats going on that's why he's so confident.
