ST. LOUIS -- About 70 protesters complaining of mistreatment by police gathered in front of Police Headquarters this morning, prompting an often-tense standoff in which officers used pepper spray.

The group taped to windows flyers that included 11 demands, including the firing of police officers involved in deadly force encounters and amnesty for protesters charged with non-violent offenses.

Demonstrators met around 10 a.m. near the Old Courthouse downtown and blocked traffic at various intersections near Ballpark Village and the Scottrade Center as they marched. Police escorted them.

As much as I hate to think about it, I wonder sometimes if a race war is coming.

Especially when the people in the White House seem to encourage this behavior.

I see a lot of white libtards in the pics that I bet
don't live there.

Also, that banner of theirs seems pretty well designed
and produced. I wonder who made it???

Are you hinting it was astro-turfed, SR?

The PD should gather the real community leaders and let them know that if they really want the police out, that could be arranged.

Love their list of demands.

Of course this the same happy bunch that think buying a $ 1 cup of coffee for $5 plus is " fab ".

Would I infer that???? lol...

All it will probably take is 1 more cop getting shot in a city and that's exactly what
I'd expect to happen. Leave whatever city it is on it's own in the bad sections and
let the scum burn and loot it. Only come back when the animals are put back in
their cages.

I can't wait to listen to the Libs screech to high heaven when it happens. Give
them Rev.Al's phone number and tell them to toddle off back to LibLand....

A friend told me her husband was visiting St Louis over Christmas. Their relatives, too, are far out libs. She said her hubby just sat their grinning and smiling as he had strict instructions not to get into another argument with her relatives. They're like one of my relatives, say the same stupid stuff. "They won't hurt us."

Drives me crazy. I can't keep my mouth shut when I hear stupid stuff. I try so hard, but eventually say what I think. Maybe that's why God made friends, just not libtard relatives. :biggrin-new:

Another reason we do so well together my dear.
