Haven't done any wings in a while, so we did them last nite for the Rays game. These are pretty hot so we made some without the heat!
Use your favorite dry rub on the wings for at least an hour or more. I used Grill Masters cinnamon chipotle rub.
In a pot add and simmerfor 1/2 hour;
4 cups various hot sauces, I used Crystals, Texas Petes, Mcilhenny red and green pepper sauce and some chipotle pepper sauce.
2 sticks butter
a bunch of sliced garlic
1 onion quartered
some dried hot pepper
fresh ground black pepper
6 Tbsp ranch dressing
salt to taste
Get grill hot and set to low. Put on wings and start basting with hot sauce. Every 10 minutes flip and baste with sauce till done about 180 degrees. Have some cold beer to cool down the heat!!
Rubbed
