McCain should just concede now.
If the rumors about him pulling out of Colorado are true, he pretty much is conceding the election. But if he does pull out of Colorado, he should make an official endorsement of Obama and drop out of the campaign entirely. If he's all about "reaching across party lines" and "unity," wouldn't that be a great way to really demonstrate himself? Gee, I don't know. If the rumors about Obama suspending his campaign are true I think he should be the one to concede. (DUmmies!!)

4. Concede? No. Cut the crap? Absolutely!
McCain needs to ratchet down the negativity and make some attempt at bringing his fringe loonies into line so that they don't go all "slash and burn" mob-like if/when Obama clinches. There's more to worry about from YOUR party, not McCains.

5. and see that's what makes me mad about his rallies
Palin and him with the rallies/robocalls are creating so much hate and division amongst us Americans, he knows Obama will very likely win election, so why is he doing things things so close to the election.. If he really cares so much about America and putting it first? Doesn't he think now that he has dumb people believing he is a terrorist that that will have some affect on America when Obama wins? There may be negative consequences for it. This post is quite ironic. A real case of denial concerning how THEY have acted for the past 8 years. They are afraid of this and project it onto Republicans because this is how THEY acted, so they just KNOW that it is how conservative will act.

10. Why concede when he can spend two more weeks dividing America? Do they REALLY believe that Obama is going to unite America??

Well, I guess there's a reason we refer to them as DUmmies.

Save the drama, you lying POS.

"I can no more disown [Rev. Wright] than I can disown the black community. I can no more disown him than I can my white grandmother - a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe."

In his own words.

That's her, Madelyn Dunham. Don't know that she's dying, but she is old and sick. I would think that Barry would rush to her side without a delay of 96 hours if she was on her deathbed, but I've been wrong before.

Obama pays visit to grandmother in Makiki (http://archives.starbulletin.com/2008/08/09/news/story04.html)

Thhis was during his Hawaiian vacation in August. He stayed at the elegant home of campaign donors.

Obama -- escorted by Secret Service and accompanied by a few campaign staff and a pool of reporters and camera crews -- arrived at about 4:10 p.m. yesterday and spent an hour with his 85-year-old maternal grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, who helped raise him. He was not accompanied by his wife, Michelle, and two daughters.

This is what he said then:

"I am going to see my grandma, who I haven't seen in almost 18, 19 months, and who's getting to the age that I want to make sure I am spending time with her on a consistent basis

"Toot" as he calls her, has been in the hospital for a while and was released. I hope she has a complete recovery.

He was not there when his mother died. I guess he is afraid of that happening again.

Regardless who wins or loses the election and my personal feelings about him, Obama's grandmother is sick and she deserves our prayers for a recovery.

Has anyone said anything bad about his grandmother. Any woman who raises her grandchildren is admirable in my book. His treatment of her, not so much. I took care of my grandmother, who passed away a year ago yesterday. My sisters had all kinds of excuses for not staying with her. I've got on their asses, too. Obama is no different.

It's hard to say if it's a stunt or not but if he's going to vsit his very old grandmather who raised him because she is very ill then I'll cut him some slack and give him the benefit of the doubt. I hope she fares well.

"Sen. Obama's grandmother Madelyn Dunham has always been one of the most important people in his life," spokesman Robert Gibbs told reporters.

Obama has known for how long that she's "on her deathbed"? And yet, he's waiting until Thursday to go see her.

When my mom was dying I went to see her within a couple hours of getting a phone call that she was nearing the end. I have never met ANYONE who waited several days to go see a dying loved one who was "one of the most important people" in their life.

Hopefully, when you "children for Obama" finally grow up, you'll realize that he doesn't care about anything except himself.

hmmm, a writ was filed yesterday in Hawaii to the Supreme Court to open his birth files.

Exactly.

On October 17, 2008, Martin filed a lawsuit against the state of Hawaii calling for the public release of Barack Obama's birth certificate and other vital records, despite the fact that Obama had previously released a scanned copy of his birth certificate at fightthesmears.com

Apparently, Martin is in Hawaii right now, and Grandma Dunham was released from the hospital a couple of days ago.

Edited to add:

Andy Martin–And Mr. Martin is in the news. The Obama team came after him as a rabid anti-Semite. Let me see if I have this right, Barack Obama hangs out with Louis Farrakhan and Rashid Khalidi and Andy Martin is the anti-Semite? Anyway, Andy is in Hawaii and many are speculating that his investigative efforts there are the real reason that Barack has suspended his campaign and headed for Honolulu. There is a nifty thread on Andy’s efforts over at the Hillary Clinton forum (read here). I don’t know if there is any fire beneath the smoke Andy is putting up, but we will know by next Tuesday.

This reminds alot of a cousin of mine. He is as Mexican as I am ethnically, but he is one of those blonde, greeneyed hispanics. His skin is pale, he even has freckles. Once he got out of the Army he turned into a Zero Bar (white on the outside, brown on the inside). He would always hide the fact that he was Hispanic, even to the point of faking that he could not speak Spanish. He got married to a white woman. When ever his parents would go to visit, he wanted to know ahead of time to make sure his inlaws or friends all of a sudden come by and wonder what all the Mexicans were doing at his house.

His wife absolutely does not approve of his parents and never sees them and rarely do they even get to see the kids.

I wonder if you're right. We never see Michelle and the grandkids going to see their white great-grandma. Maybe Mrs. Dunham doesn't think the fugly skank Michelle was good enough for her grandson. Of course, after 20 years of the "Reverend" Wright. maybe Michelle can't stand stepping foot in the house of any white person. I opt for the latter, but you never know.

Because there is also a court case over his Hawaiian birth certificate in Hawaii as well as 5 other states. It's just cover for him to go to Hawaii...

Too bad the gutless coward Blinky has me on ignore, otherwise he could see himself being owned again. Tell me, if Obaahma's grandmother was on her deathbed, would the hospital discharge her and let her rest at home?

Barack Obama Rushes to Hawaii to See Seriously Ill Grandmother
Monday October 20, 2008

US Democratic presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) (C) is seen posing with his maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham.

Buzz up!Presidential hopeful Barack Obama will take time off from the campaign so he can fly to Hawaii to see his maternal grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, who has become seriously ill.

Campaign spokesman Robert Gibbs said Dunham’s "one of the most important people" in the senator’s life. His Kansas-bred grandmother helped raise him along with her World War II-veteran husband Stanley and her daughter, Obama's mother, Ann Dunham.

“Recently, his grandmother has become ill, and in the last few weeks, her health has deteriorated to the point where her situation is very serious,” the source said. “It is for that reason that Senator Obama has decided to change his schedule on Thursday and Friday so that he can see her and spend some time with her. He will be returning the the campaign trail on Saturday."

Obama visited his grandmother while vacationing in Hawaii in August. She was recently discharged from the hospital and is currently resting at her Honolulu home, according to media reports.
