(CNN)A United Airlines flight had to make a U-turn in the sky after an unruly passenger ran toward the cockpit.

Flight 1074 from Washington Dulles International Airport to Denver International Airport turned around Monday night because the passenger "failed to comply with crew instructions," United Airlines spokesman Luke Punzenberger said.

The Boeing 737 plane was carrying 33 passengers and six crew members.

The pilots told air traffic controllers that the passenger started acting violently but was later subdued by other passengers, according to LiveATC.net (http://www.liveatc.net/), which provides audio of air traffic control transmissions.

I'm sure there is a logical explanation for the behavior. :biggrin-new:

On a serious note there is chatter of several new targets by terrorists. When our Administration is creating a war on law enforcement and wasting time investigating what is not there, alleged racism, we need to be worried about might happen at our national points of interest.
