View Full Version : Just a note on the case of that South Carolina Cop accused of a racist shooting

04-10-2015, 12:36 AM
We've been here before, and eventually, when the facts come out, there may be no case. Zimmerman was innocent, Wilson was innocent, and the "unarmed" men they shot were violent and dealt drugs. So, I have no doubt the South Carolina case will end up being the same thing, ultimately--especially since RYAN JULISON is back in the picture. Julison was the handler for the Trayvon Martin family. He overtly lied and oversaw the creative editing of video that appeared in the media.

Julison is seen in a photograph orchestrating the Trayvon Martin media interview of Mary Cutcher, whose facts significantly disagreed with those of other eyewitnesses. Cutcher NEVER testified in court, but her false testimony poured gas on the flames.

If Julison is involved, I have no reason to believe anything that now appears in the media. It's another race-baiting fest.

The one difference now is that Julison and the media are getting better at not letting facts slip. Videos that don't follow the official narrative are now being removed from youtube. (See below) The ultimate goal in all this is to create a false narrative that the police are racist, when actual research shows that police of all races are LESS likely to shoot a black suspect than a white one, for fear of reprisals.

The Conservative Treehouse is keeping track, and I'll be posting their research here:

*UPDATE* – Walter Scott Shooting Witness, Feidin Santana, Speaks Out – *UPDATE: The Professional Handler Steps In…

...UPDATE: WOAH !! Talk about broadening the picture – Video’s removed? Social Media Scrubbed? An “unknown” passenger in the vehicle of Walter Scott when it was pulled over by Officer Michael Slager?….

….and, wait for it…. all of a sudden we find out that Scott Family attorney Chris Stewart has been working with Ryan Julison?

[…] Police say the driver of the Mercedes-Benz, Walter Scott, was pulled over Saturday morning for a broken tail light. At some point after the traffic stop, video taken by a bystander shows Scott running away from officer Michael Slager.

[…] As Slager was in a foot chase with Scott, another officer secured Slager’s car and spoke to the passenger in Scott’s vehicle, according to police reports. The passenger was not identified in the police reports and it’s not clear who was riding with Scott.

Scott’s family does not know who the passenger was, Ryan Julison, a spokesman for family lawyer Chris Stewart said in an email. (link)

...How did Orlando, Florida based Ryan Julison get connected to the family of Walter Scott in South Carolina? How did attorney Chris Stewart get connected to Ryan Julison?

Julison is the go-to guy when the professional black grievance industry needs to fabricate a false story and sell lies to the media. Julison is the guy who cleans up problems with a narrative, and constructs fraud. Julison is also the handler who shapes the witnesses.
Julison is by profession, the bridge between a lie and selling that lie to the national media – it’s all he does.

It was Ryan Julison who created the new ethnicity in the Trayvon Martin shooting as “White Hispanic”. It was Ryan Julison who sold the 72 hour story of an “unarmed child getting skittles and iced tea, shot down by a vigilante white neighborhood watch guy named George Zimmerman.

Julison is responsible for “hoodies”; for “skittles and iced-tea”, and for every catch phrase in the manufactured storyline of Trayvon Martin. Julison is the guy who made it seem like Sybrina and Tracy Martin were a married couple mourning their lost little boy.

North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey and Police Chief Eddie Driggers gave a press conference today in the shooting of Walter Scott. The local audience was very angry, and protesters interrupted the questioning frequently.

• The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has now taken over the investigation. • Police Chief Driggers stated that no other police officer other than the shooting officer Michael Slager witnessed the immediate event. • Officer Slager has been fired and arrested on a murder charge. • Officer Slager’s wife is 8 months pregnant.

• Mayor Keith Summey stated that immediately body cameras would be ordered and initiated for use on all police officers. • Both Summey and Driggers, together with a Chaplain met with the family of the victim Walter Scott this morning. • Mayor Summey states there is more video than has been made public. • Coroner reports Walter Scott received multiple gunshot wounds to his back – cause of death ‘homicide’.

All of the usual media suspects -those who advocate for a specific narrative- are working the story diligently as they begin the process of fueling anger in the local community and push a larger victim narrative into the national coverage. The arrival of outside agitators should be anticipated within the next 12 to 24 hours.

Toward that end the provocateurs within the media are aided with the familiar voice of Mark O’Mara who has tuned his racism detection psychology meter to new levels of clairvoyance. CNN legal analyst Mark O’Mara told CNN Wednesday morning that Officer Michael Slager shot Walter Scott because of implicit racism.

“We don’t have the racist statutes we had 50 years ago. Now the racism that exists, the biases that exist are more subtle and are happening in that limited part of the brain. For some reason, at least in part because of the color of this man’s skin, that officer felt it was okay [to shoot], it was more threatening, it was more aggressive, even though he was running away.”

Mark O’Mara has become a clairvoyant legal media analyst with the ability to read the mind of the subjects he discusses on television. Remarkable.

For those who thought this story would not gain the interests of the BGI due to the lack of actual controversy, there is a flaw in that consideration.

Against the backdrop of the Ferguson DOJ report and the collapse of the “Hands Up – don’t Shoot” narrative, and against the recent failures in Madison Wisconsin and Charlottesville Virginia; the national BGI need to utilize this shooting to promote their claims of widespread racist police.

In the suburbs of North Charleston South Carolina the Crump signal is being transmitted….. Stay tuned.

*UPDATE* “The Passenger” – The Walter Scott Vehicle Is A Curious Concern To Scott Scheme Team Narrative – Updated With Incident Reports From Responding Officers (Sans Slager)….

Last night on CNN with Anderson Cooper, Scott Family Attorney Chris Stewart stated they didn’t know who the passenger was with Walter Scott when he was pulled over. However, he also said they (attorneys, Julison and Scheme Team) were quickly searching for him.

Against the backdrop that Walter Scott fled after giving up his Driver’s License, thereby easily identifying his personage, an obvious issue is: what was more risky to him than staying in an innocuous traffic stop and being processed/cited? Something not passing the sniff test.

The family (Ryan Julison – spokesman) narrative to explain the motive for fleeing is to claim warrants for outstanding unpaid child support. However, as the Associated Press reports, there was no outstanding warrant to fill that meme.

[…] Court records show that Walter L. Scott was almost $7,500 behind in child support at the time he was shot and killed by a police officer, but no bench warrant had been issued for him. (link)

So Ryan Julison wants to sell a motive that doesn’t exist. Curiousor and curiousor.

Walter Scott claims in the Dash-Cam video that he just purchased the vehicle on Friday and was going to get the “paperwork” processed on Monday. However, according to the Daily Mail, and quoting his co-worker, he put new wheels on it the week prior. So he didn’t just purchase it….

Further Julison narrative expansion has Walter Scott buying it from a neighbor. Yet with 24/7 coverage and a fleet of reporters, no-one appears interested to locate this “neighbor”…. for the “personal impact” angle…..

According to the Daily Mail Scott was on the phone with his Mother during the entire police stop. Yet the family doesn’t know who the passenger was?

Obviously the police know who the passenger was, he was processed and later released. It is also rather incredulous to believe the family and Julison don’t know who he is.

Like the aforementioned neighbor, the one who sold the car to Walter Scott, the media don’t seem too interested in the passenger.

Knowing there was NOT an outstanding warrant, what would motivate Walter Scott to such an extent that even knowing his Driver’s License was in the hands of a police officer he would choose to run?

He’s not an emotional teenager, he’s a fully matriculated adult man of 50 years.

Not only did he choose to run, he chose to fight the officer in a physical struggle, escalating to the struggle over a deployed taser, all in an effort to evade a police officer who didn’t appear remotely concerned about anything other than the vehicle status.

What gives? What was his real motivation for running, fighting, seeking escape?

THE GAP – “What’s missing is what happens from the time the two men run out of the frame of dashboard video to the time picked up in a bystander’s cellphone video a few hundred yards away. The cellphone footage starts with Scott getting to his feet and running away, then Slager firing eight shots at the man’s back.
“It is possible for something to happen in that gap to significantly raise the officer’s perception of risk,” Seth Stoughton, a former police officer and criminal law professor at the University of South Carolina.” (link)

Proof that CPR and medical care were provided to Scott, no matter how much Julison and the media lie about it:

The Walter Scott Shooting Backstory Begins To Surface – A Newer, Bolder, Julison Strategy….

When the Walter Scott Scheme Team looks back on what tripped them up in 2015 they’ll be able to point to one decision, hiring Ryan Julison.

Without Julison appearing – the Walter Scott story would have slipped under the radar; it would perhaps have appeared natural, without screenplay.

But as soon as Julison is identified, and for those who know immediately what to look for, you see the guiding hand of the Producer/Director.

If I write “Skittles and Ice Tea” and you know what that means, you know Ryan Julison.
If I write “White-Hispanic” and you know what that means, you know Ryan Julison.

You might not know who he is, but you have mentally purchased his products.

Because Ryan Julison is the guy who arrives at the request of the Black Grievance Industry advocates, and quickly frames the optics, narratives and memes to place the deepest possible “hooks” (<– his word) into the public psyche. Julison guides who goes where, when, and who does what.

...Witness Feidin Santana (video guy) and Witness Gwen Nichols (“tussle time” gap filler) are screenplay narratives currently being controlled by Ryan Julison.

When Walter Scott shooting video witness, Feidin Santana, arrived on Matt Lauer’s couch yesterday it was because Ryan Julison put him there.

At the end of the New York media day when Feidin Santana was being debriefed by Walter Scott family attorneys and Scheme Team players, it’s because Julison is debriefing the strategy and scripting what’s next for today....

...♦ If you believe Officer Michael Slager was “planting evidence” – You are being influenced by Julison, just like the 2012 Iced-Tea which never existed.

♦ If you believe there is a discrepancy between Officer Slager’s incident report and the video of witness Feidin Santana – You are being influenced by Julison, just like the “white-Hispanic” racial descriptive which never existed before March 2012.

♦ If you already believe the North Charleston police never gave medical aid to Walter Scott – you are purchasing narrative goods sold by Ryan Julison.

Slager was not planting evidence – he knew he was on video
No-one has read Slager’s incident report – it’s never been released
and the police did CPR within a minute....

TROUBLE FOR JULISON – Julison’s current priority is the passenger in Walter Scott’s vehicle. [Well, actually Walter Scott’s neighbors vehicle – Scott didn’t own the vehicle]. As Scott family attorney Chris Stewart said yesterday they are urgently searching for the passenger of the vehicle who was with Scott when he was pulled over.

This is a priority because Julison needs to ensure Mr. Mystery Passenger does not do anything, or say anything, which will hurt the production. He will be put under extreme community pressure to comply with the selected story.

Secondly, the Dash Cam video was/is a problem for Julison because it shows a remarkable length of time from Scott running away, to the time Santana started recording him fighting with Officer Slager.

That long fight -we know is at least 1 min 45 sec- is a risk to the narrative.

That long fight makes Scott a violent fleeing felon in the eyes of the law. That long fight provides the justification for use of deadly force against a “violent fleeing felon“. That long fight is why you don’t hear the full dash-cam video/audio from beginning to end without MSM edits.

Enter witness Gwen Nicols to give the “tussle” story. Downplaying the fight from a matter of life and death with a taser being deployed, and felony resistance etc., and making it more of a “tussle” – sounds like a pillow fight.

“Tussle” is the tell word for this shooting event like “iced tea” was for 2012 and Trayvon Martin. Listen for it. When you hear it, you know the orator is selling the Julison production.

Witness Feidin Santana will trip up if he keeps talking – Julison knows this too. Don’t expect too much more Santana after the next 24 hours.

On Wednesday night Santana had his first slip up when he told a Chris Hayes interviewer that he went to the police station to fill out a report. Julison quickly put the nix on that and Santana reversed himself for Matt Lauer the next morning saying he never went to the Police Station.

Obviously Julison knows police stations have CCTV video, and if you claim to have walked in there to fill out a report, well, it might just be checked out for accuracy. Obviously controlling avoiding such slips is what Santana’s attorney Todd Rutherford is being paid for.

Close call.

Next up is the contention the officer planted evidence, to wit, the Taser. Immediately after handcuffing Scott the officer trots back and picks up the Taser from the spot where it fell, or was dropped, as Scott turned to flee. Some have argued he may not have had actual possession, but slapped it out of the officer’s hand instead. After reviewing the video we find that is a possibility. Just before the video first catches Scott and the officer we believe we hear what could be the Taser hitting the hard packed dirt or concrete they are on. Or it could be the person recording stepping on a stick.

In the photo below you can see the Taser between Scott’s feet as he breaks contact with the officer and turns to flee again.

Another still showing the Taser on the ground.

Immediately after handcuffing Scott the officer moves to recover the Taser. He walks back to Scott and appears to drop the Taser on the ground at about 1:35, resulting in memes like this.

Here is a clearer shot.

What the media fails to show you are the images of the officer picking up and holstering the Taser at about the 2:00 minute mark.

The video shows the officer shooting a fleeing suspect in the back and the absence of the required ability, opportunity and jeopardy at the moment the shots were fired, but it also shows there was no planted evidence. We suspect the SLED report will show the same thing.

Some are commenting about the officer going back to the recover the Taser instead of attempting to render aid. All we can say to that is, try chasing, fighting, then shooting a fleeing suspect and see what state you are in immediately after. Contrary to what most armchair police experts believe, these incidents are traumatic for the officer as well and shock sets in immediately. Once again, we are not excusing the terrible decision to shoot a fleeing suspect, just giving you the truth the media will fail to provide....

04-11-2015, 02:08 AM

So far, all we know about what the officer said is what has been released to the media. He is said to have claimed:

1) He conducted a traffic stop.

2) The driver fled and a foot pursuit ensued.

3) There was a struggle involving the Taser and the officer was relieved of that Taser during the struggle.

4) The officer subsequently shot the suspect.

Those basic facts have been proven by the video to be true. Any claims that the officer lied in his statement are just that – claims with no basis in the evidence currently available to the press or the public. Maybe he did, maybe he didn’t. Only when the final SLED report is released will we know for sure what the officer told investigators.

04-11-2015, 02:13 AM

...By now you have heard a frequently espoused national media claim that the “initial incident report” filed by Officer Michael Slager -in the shooting death of Walter Scott- contains falsehoods or lies. Allow me to say directly THAT CLAIM IS 100% MEDIA BULLS**T.

No-one has seen the initial incident report filed by Officer Slager because it has not been released. EVERY SINGLE media outlet making this claim of a discrepancy between his report, and the video released, is absolutely 100% wrong. Most of them intentionally wrong....

Great background on the story Elspeth.

Too bad the MSM doesn't do this kind of investigation anymore.

With this case, I actually thought it was the real deal, but as soon as I saw Julison's name, I began to have my doubts. I know The Treehouse does amazing work, so I'll be updating from there.

Some of the police officer chat rooms are saying the officer eff'ed up bad here. His lawyer dropped him as a client 2 days ago and walked away.

Hate to say it, but unless another more complete video comes up that showed him stashing a weapon or had a weapon on him before he was shot that we just don't see, this officer is going to be tried for murder and deserves it.

The weapon you shared in your post Ep. was the tazer that was being dragged behind him as he tried to run off. The barbs were still in him at the time.

Some times adrenalin in a confrontational fight makes you stop thinking about the right response. And in this case, an elevated adrenalin count from the fight before the shooting video may have done him in.

I have with held judgement, for information...

This story stinks, from both ends...

A suspect running does not get shot...

LEO doesn't "shoot and ask later"....

This one is confusing

You're right, the story stinks from both ends, and is confusing. Worst of all both videos leave off the most important section.

The two fighting.

In the end - the officer may have eff'ed up here.

What I hate more, the left instantly jumping on the;

A white South Carolina police officer has been

Almost all the news about this is all about skin color of the two involved. Not what actually happened.

There is or...was, video that shows a struggle before the shooting happened. I'd bet on it.

But it was probably edited out and destroyed. Fishy that the video starts AFTER the guy starts to run. It's too steady for the guy to have just started recording right then and there.

Too much time passed between the incident and the kid coming forth with the video..
