A Holmes County woman is facing felony charges after allegedly making dozens of false child abuse claims, according to the Bonifay Police Department.

BPD began investigating in October, after “numerous unfounded reports” of child abuse and/or neglect were filed with the Florida Abuse Registry, alleging abuse in two separate households. The criminal investigation was requested by the local Florida Department of Children and Families Child Protective Investigative Unit.

Combee was subsequently arrested and charged with 28 counts of “False Report(s) of Child Abuse,” a third-degree felony. She was taken to the Holmes County Jail, where she was held on a $28,000 bond.

In law enforcement’s interview of Combee, she reportedly said her motive for filing the reports was, “to create havoc.”

“This is just one example of how people use the ‘system’ to carry out their agenda against whomever they felt has done them wrong,” Bonifay Police Chief Chris Wells said in the release.
This shows how susceptible the child abuse reporting system is to annoymorous false reports. It was only this female's lack of self-control that led to DCF having the reports investigated a probably false.

Had this female had a modicum of self-control and patience, she would have succeeded in devastating the families she hated.

Had this female been more self-controlled, would DCF have continued to monitor/harass the two families even after annoymorous abuse had been proven unfounded?

Are these two families listed in a State of FL DB as "reported" or "possible" abusers? Don't answer, "Of course not!" hastily. The State of CA had to be sued, with a court verdict (i.e. the State of CA had to be compelled by court order to do what should have been done when the DB was created!), into creating a way for people falsely reported a sex abusers to be removed from the state's DB of abusers!

My wife and I were the victims of this twice. After the 2nd time, the Commander of the woman's husband put it to a stop.

I do take note of your use of the word female.

This is really bad because there are several children out there who really are victims of child abuse and they can't get any help because of people like her. I hope they come down on her hard.

Most of the false reports made to CPS are made by exes trying to get revenge or by elderly neighbors who are sick and tired of rowdy and undisciplined children.

This is just a crazy bitch trying to mess up the system. i hope she ends up getting some prison time.
