Washington, Nov 22 : Dr. Pepper Snapple Group is holding on to its promise of giving away free Dr. Pepper soda if rock band Guns N' Roses released its much awaited album Chinese Democracy in 2008.

The band had began recording the album in 1994, and the soft-drink maker had said in March that it would give a free soda to everyone in America if the album came out in 2008.

Yeah, it blows.

The 14 year wait for free Dr. Pepper is over...

That's like saying "the 14 year wait for someone to pee in your mouth is over..."

I agree. (about Mountain Dew)

Dr. Pepper is good.

I've only heard a couple of cuts from the album and they really weren't to my liking.

I thought people only used Dr Pepper for crazy cakes. They can keep my can. I'd say the same for any soft drink, though.
