FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- A Palm Coast husband and wife were recently arrested after a compact disc showing the woman taking part in sexual activities with dogs and with a teenage girl was turned over to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.
David Maldonado, 42, and his wife, Carla Maldonado, 40, were arrested Tuesday afternoon on charges of lewd and lascivious battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in connection with an incident that occurred four years ago.
According to investigators, in November, the management of the Flagler County Humane Society turned over a CD showing Carla Maldonado engaged in sexual activity with dogs that she had adopted from the humane society, where she had been a longtime employee.
The humane society said it terminated her employment upon receipt of the CD and submitted the disc to the sheriff’s office.
Investigators have stated that the disc also contained 16 photographs of Carla Maldonado engaged in sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl who was an acquaintance with the family.
"This is very disturbing to see something like this that is going on locally," said Flagler County Sheriff's Office Major David O'Brien.
