View Full Version : Ajit Pai Looking To Impose “DEATH SENTENCE” On ObamaPhone And ObamaNet

In 1985, then-President Ronald Reagan launched a program, Lifeline, to provide low-income Americans with access to landline phones. As is typical of any government program, however, Lifeline quickly ballooned — particularly during former President Barack Obama’s eight year reign of terror — to the point that it now provides phones, cellphones and even Internet service.

Not to just low-income Americans either, I might add, but to illegal immigrants and even dead people as well. In 2016 alone Lifeline used up $1.5 billion in taxpayer funds to provide free phones and Internet to only God knows how many undeserving leeches.

Keep in mind that we pay for this service through an astonishing 6 percent tax that Uncle Sam adds to our wireless bills every single month.

Thankfully, ever since President Donald Trump designated Ajit Pai as the director of the Federal Communications Commission, the proud Republican has been diligently striving to reduce the size of this bloated program by cutting fraud and abuse.

According to Newsweek, his latest rule change would “would cut service to about 70 percent, or 8 million,” of all Lifeline users. How? By blocking Internet resellers from participating in the program:

I can see the need for debt collectors on the rise at telephone utilities !

Thank you President Trump. It is time to cut the leches and moochers off the public dole.
