Those rescued greys know when they have it good. Just received a note from the lady who helped in the adoption of Darlene (the black greyhound in the pic). She wanted to know how Darlene dawg was doing and sent me a link to their group's Christmas party in Kansas. Now there was one happy group of dogs. About 20 or more of them were wandering around the party, none of them muzzled, getting Christmas presents and trying to get their share of the potluck dinner. I kept ooohing and aaaahing at those pics, really made me smile.

We got antlers for the Golden Retriever, because she's about the size of a reindeer, she likes them, but she sure looks goofy in them.

Torture?

Each of my 4 dogs and 4 cats have their own Christmas stockings.

We saved a bit, because the 14 birds only have two Christmas stockings...one for the cockatiels, one for the parrots.

The horse even has his own stocking hanging on his stall. He thinks it's something to eat.

That is alot of birds. I don't think I could handle all the noise.
