The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has exposed itself in a series of Anti-White tweets where the organization promoted racism against Asians in order to persecute whites.

The battle leading up to a lawsuit has been fought against Harvard University for over two years, and Asians argue it's over the use, and role of race in admission to the prestigious campus.

The goal of “equality” is that all people will start with a clean slate and equal opportunity to succeed, right?

Let's examine why that isn't the case when it comes to liberals and the ACLU.

The ACLU came out on Twitter to express their woes and disdain, blasting a lawsuit against Harvard that could forever change the face of the controversial and racist “Affirmative Action” laws in America.

The lawsuit, titled Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, prompted the ACLU to issue a response, unsurprisingly blaming President Trump.

The ACLU said, “The Trump administration has advocated for “race-blind” policies, which Harvard and virtually all other universities have found are demonstrably insufficient to achieve meaningful diversity, given the reality of historic and continuing racial discrimination in this country.”

Wow. The fact they think this is a good explanation speaks volumes about Harvard and the ACLU. So..race blind policies, meaning no one is going to get preference based on their skin color....continues racial discrimination? How in the blue fuck did they pull off the mental gymnastics that made this make sense to them?

1. [url=http://studentsforfairadmissions.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/SFFA-v.-Harvard-Complaint.pdf]As can be seen on the last page of the lawsuit filing[/url, this lawsuit preceded Trump becoming President by over two years. So Trump is not relevant to it, even if his Justice Department filed an Amicus brief in the case.

2. How are the words "achieve meaningful diversity" not code words for mandating arbitrary quotas?

IMO, college admissions should be done with the students' names and cities unknown to those making decisions. If that results in a larger percentage of ethnic group X being admitted than they are of the general population, then ethnic groups U, V, W, Y, and Z need to work harder if they want to be admitted to Harvard.
