Sorry, but you are wrong - both in the percentage approval and the base.

Conservatives started leaving about the time he let Kennedy write the Education bill. Pretty much ALL conservatives disagreed with him on the bailouts.

Bush did a few things right, tax cuts, the WOT and SCOTUS appointments. That is about it.

Really? That would be absurd? Obviously Democrats wont like Bush. But Bush has done a lot of liberal things that many conservatives disagree with. I would think that someone who is less conservative (a moderate) would like that he leaned left at times.
