Barbeque Burgers
It was a nice mild afternoon yesterday so I decided to toss somr burgers on the grill for Deeana, the dogs and me.
What I got:
Three pounds of ground chuck evenly divided into 6 patties.
one sliced onion
seasonings (I used garlic pepper, lemon pepper, onion salt and cajun)
One firm tomato
mesquite marinade

Pattie slid off the spatula and onto the patio. Did not go to waste. No three second rule around here with these two.

Minus 10 for calling grill hamburgers “barbeque”.
Additional minus 10 for living in Texas and not knowing the difference.
Minus 15 for putting guacamole on hamburgers.
Minus 50 for lying about your service in the military on CU a few years ago.
Plus 10 for manning up and admitting to the lie.
Minus 20 for not having a picture of you or the girl throwing a hamburger to the dog.
So for having hamburgers for Labor Day you get 50/100 but then you add in the plus and minuses your score is Minus -45 = FAIL!!!

Avacadoes and tomatoes on burgers are delicious. Good choice. SR also toasts the buns on the grill. Makes for good tasting burgers.

I like to put a big lump of blue cheese inside the raw hamburger. It melts into the meat as it grills.
