Hey all from a newb

I have always voted the Right side as I am a big gun supporter. Now I feel betrayed by my own party. Seems more of late that they all get their pockets stuffed from each other along with the lawyers, big interests, etc. I would like to see the party push itself away from giving in to the Blue(Dark) side on so many issues.:rolleyes:

More and more people are waking up to the two party fraud (really one party with two factions) every single day. Watch out for Rick Perry (Al Gore's former campaign manager LOL) too. I promise you he isn't the man he is portrayed to be. It's all theater... Like Romney, he's the steam-valve for those frustrated with Obama, and guaranteed to deliver more of the same.

A few things . . . .

--I personally know OU812 and he's not on that album cover (or in that band). :rolleyes: Plus, he's almost happily married and a fellow M/C rider. :cool: Definitely the kind of action hero warrior we need on our side though.

--Tecate, I feel for you . . . . Isn't the city of Austin Texas where all the liberals/progressives/leftists/homos hide out in TX?? :eek:

--The Rick Perry association parallels Regan's "many years ago DemocRat party affiliation". Perry's changeover was in the very late 1980's. His running-4-prez announcement speech just hours ago was much better than I had anticipated, but too short. He actually mentioned the word "socialism" and for all intents sounded and looked like Regan's younger brother. Really spoke out forcefully against the socialist current leader, the serious damages accumulating and his socialist appointees. If Perry does what MUST be done, (he will) he will at some future date have his head carved into Mt Rushmore! I'll bet OU812 a case of beer on that.

IMO, Rick Perry will deceive conservatives on an unimaginable scale. The rhetoric will sound great, but in the end, he won't deliver.
