I have a pot of lentil soup simmering, so I'll post as I go...
EVOO, bacon, onion, carrots, peas, garlic.
Add 6 cups of water, a bullion cube, bay leaf, cumin, pinch of rosemary, S & P, a handful of cherry tomatoes, halved & Simmer for about an hour.
Adding ditallini pastai to soup:
Plated, finish off with freshly grated pecorrino and EVOO:
The cheese fiend, you can never have too much cheese!
I had a second helping!:eek: Best part is that it's even better the next day...so I will have left overs for a few days :D
